Declared, "Jaber Almghebre",
30-year-old hunger strike full, and that an objection to the loss of the spirit
of love and tolerance among people of Libya, and the distribution of
seats on the National Congress, as described.

The second paragraph of Article 30 of the Constitutional Declaration on the need to be approved by two-thirds plus one of any resolution, passed for the purpose. Almghebre and adds, "This is what gives the right to disable the resolution, which is a right of veto to the State of Tripoli, as her biggest share of seats in the National Congress." Which means that any decision or legal text of the mandate of the constitution will be the sole authority to Tripoli rejected or accepted, and will not have this power to others. "
He added that the Almghebre spirit of love and tolerance among people of Libya have been lost. In the beginnings of the revolution as mentioned, when wronged Benghazi everybody screaming out her name, but now Benghazi had been wronged and did not come out for a champion, he said, adding that he had to wait demonstrations denouncing this injustice, from the western regions, but this did not happen.
